What is my report going to be about?

I have had numerous ideas for what i am going to write my report about and the two main subject that are consistent are photojournalism and the paparazzi. 

I have researched and looked into photojournalism a lot more so i am leaning towards speaking about whether photojournalism is a good thing or a bad thing as a form of informing people. But another idea of mine was to compare paparazzi and photojournalism as both use a similar platform to showcase their work but both take photos for bipolar opposite reasons and they also have very different ethical values. 

But as it stands now i think i am going to lean towards writing about the good and bad points of photojournalism, never the less the research i have already done on the paparazzi will still help me build a good case for and against photojournalism.
