Professional Studies - recent example of changes to the tabloids

Recent change to the tabloids?

During research i came across this article that is about two celebrity parents (Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell) who now have a new baby in the family who are causing attention to be raised on paparazzi taking photo's and tabloids publishing pictures of children without the consent of the parents.

I will include the link below:

Although i do think in these cases taking photo's of celebrities children should be taken into question this makes me go against what i have previously said because i don't agree with paparazzi anyway still but i also have the knowledge that at least in England it is completely legal to take photographs of people on public grounds even children without needing there consent the only loop hole in this is, if you are going to use the image for financial gain and if you can clearly see a person face and they can be recognized in the image you need a model release form that is signed by the person, and i am pretty sure that the paparazzi are not going to stick around and ask for the celebrities consent and signature for the image of their children and picture of themselves to be published around the world. However I can only speak for the British paparazzi it could be completely different in America and other countries around the world.
